We understand that travel plans can change. The following policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for all tours booked with A Tour in Morocco.
1. Cancellation by the Traveler
- More than 7 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.
- 3–7 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before departure or no-show: No refund.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
2. Changes to Bookings
Date or itinerary changes are possible, subject to availability.
If the new dates cost more than the original booking, the difference will apply.
3. Cancellation by A Tour in Morocco
If we must cancel a tour (due to weather, safety, or operational issues):
- You may choose a new date or receive a full refund.
- We are not liable for indirect costs such as flights or personal expenses.
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the scheduled pick-up time without notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
5. Refund Procedure
