A Tour in Morocco operates as an independent tour organizer based in Marrakech, Morocco. We provide cultural tours, desert excursions, and private experiences across Morocco.
2. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings can be made directly through our website, by email, or via WhatsApp.
- A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
- Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit card (via secure link), or cash in Morocco.
- Prices are in Euros (€) and include taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by the customer are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy (see below).
4. Changes by the Customer
If you wish to change your travel dates or itinerary, please contact us at least 7 days before departure. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee changes during peak seasons.
5. Changes or Cancellations by Us
In rare cases (e.g., bad weather, unforeseen conditions), we may modify or cancel a tour.
If this happens, we’ll offer an alternative or a full refund.
6. Travel Insurance
All travelers are responsible for having valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, personal belongings, and cancellations.
7. Liability
A Tour in Morocco is not liable for:
- Delays, losses, or injuries caused by third-party services (e.g., hotels, transport).
- Personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip.
- Natural events, strikes, or other conditions beyond our control.
8. Health & Safety
Guests must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before the tour. We reserve the right to refuse participation if a traveler’s health may affect safety.
9. Photography & Media
We may take photos during tours for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear, please inform your guide.
